Major advantage of "FLEXIBLE MATT" heater is their ability to form custom made shape for more lateral surface area coverage to produce uniform heat.
Design begins with precieciously selected wire gauge made into “Helically” wounded coil passed and stitched simultaneously to form custom made shape ensuring almost even distribution of heating in quick succession.
Insulation jackets can be provided to minimize atmospheric heat losses and to optimize heat generated.
